Anger is a normal emotion, but for some people it can become chronic and overwhelming not only to them but to others in their lives. While there is no mental illness explicitly defining clinical anger, anger starts to become concerning on a clinical level when it is interfering with your relationships and mental health. This test can help you determine if you are experience minimal, mild, moderate, or severe levels of clinical anger.
